Arts & Flowers a success; nearly $6,000 raised

The inaugural “Arts and Flowers,” sponsored by Terrazzo and benefitting ALIAS, was an incredible success. The event, held Friday, May 25 at Terrazzo in The Gulch, raised nearly $6,000 for the non-profit chamber ensemble and was attended by Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, Nashville Symphony CEO Alan Valentine, Tennessee State Museum Director Lois Riggins-Ezzell, Frist Center for the Visual Arts Executive Director Susan Edwards, Tennessean Columnist Heather Byrd, Mix 92.9 Morning Show host Anna Marie and nearly 200 other guests.
