Seanad Dunigan Chang

seanad_chang_photo_publicitySeanad Dunigan Chang has had an international career as soloist and chamber musician. She has performed extensively throughout the U.S., Europe, Central America and China including appearances at Avery Fischer Hall, Symphony Space and the Tenri Cultural Center of New York. Formerly Assistant Principal Viola of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, she has also been a member of the Florida Philharmonic, Grand Rapids Symphony, and Principal violist of the Nashville Chamber Orchestra. She is a founding member of the Atlantic Ensemble, a chamber group that champions new music by American composers. Seanad earned her degrees from Indiana University’s Jacob School of Music, where she studied with Kim Kashkashian, and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Seanad can be heard on the Centaur, Naxos, Blue Griffin and Navona labels.
